New Lincoln conduit for Bortech Dozer or Climax Portable BW-1000 bore welder. This Lincoln conduit fits many of the Lincoln wire feeders including the LN-25 with the external shielding gas hose connection from the conduit to the feeder. Will not fit Lincoln wire feeders that send shielding gas through the power pin, such as the Lincoln Power MIG. Conduit and control cable included. Ready to plug in and weld.

Bortech Dozer Bore Welder or Climax Portable BW 1000 Replacement Liner $25.00 each
New replacement liner for the wire feed conduit on a Bortech Dozer or Climax Portable BW-1000 bore welder. This liner fits the conduit between the wire feeder and the bore welder only. This Liner WILL NOT fit torch extensions or torches. This liner will fit all types of Dozer or BW-1000 conduits, Miller, Lincoln, Tweco, Euro, etc. Cut to length. This liner does not fit the standard Bortech model 306 or the Climax BW-3000 wire feed conduit.
This liner was also used with the Bortech model 306 or the Climax BW-3000 “feederless” systems. Feederless systems used a non-Bortech or Climax Portable wire feeder, such as Miller, Lincoln, etc. Call if you have questions on your specific application.

New Torch Swivel Assembly consists of parts A1137 and A1143. This assembly was typically used on the Bortech Dozer or the Climax BW-1000 bore welders. Any standard Bortech torch can be threaded into this assembly including the A1007 #1 torch, which eliminates the need for the A1138 #1 torch on the Dozer or the BW-1000. This Torch Swivel Assembly can also be used on the Model 306 or Climax BW-3000 bore welders with the torch support arm, P/N A1124 in place of the remote offset head.

New swivel stem for Bortech or Climax Portable torch swivel assembly. The swivel torch was standard with the Bortech Dozer and the Climax Portable BW-1000 bore welder. The swivel torch was sometimes also used with the Model 306 bore welder. If you use a swivel torch on your bore welder you should have at least one of these swivel stems as a spare at all times.
